Mindfulness has been such an important part of my healing and I can’t recommend it enough as part of daily self-care. As we start a new week, try to give yourself 7 minutes each day – whenever it works for your schedule – to simply sit in silence. Don’t try to clear your mind. Don’t try to become magically enlightened. Just sit quietly, breathe normally, and be kind to yourself as you do it. 7 minutes a day. Let’s do it together and see what shifts
