Tapping/EFT Resources

  • The Tapping Solution - Great video to see exactly how to do the technique.

  • The Café con Pam Podcast - Pam Covarrubias has some great EFT/tapping videos on her Insta live channel. I highly recommend if you are looking for an easy tutorial on how to tap and talk to yourself while tapping to help with anxiety right away.

  • The Two Minute Tap - From Jody Shield - this video is super helpful. I will also say that the language I was taught and that I like a lot is: “Even though I’m feeling _________________, the truth is actually that _______________________.” I do that with every tap everywhere so that my body and my brain (and my child self!) get to hear the acknowledgment of what I’m worried about AND what the reality actually is. So for my podcast episode example, I was using tapping because I was trying not to faint while awaiting stitches in the ER. So my language went something like this: “Even though I’m worried and scared that I might faint and never get stitches, the truth is I am safe and I will eventually be seen and taken great care of by the nurses and doctors.”
