I am so thrilled to announce THE YEAR OF NOTICING - a weekly hour for all of us to come together and share what we’re noticing.
Every Wednesday at 5pm pst/8pm est for all of 2024. JOIN US HERE.
No cost, no pressure, no requirements other than showing up and sharing — if you wish — what you’ve noticed that week.
The magic and the mundane. The truly beautiful and the truly triggering.
Know that you’ll have a safe space to share it all or listen to others share — every. single. week.
This will be our space to know that no matter what we notice this year, we’ll have a safe place to share it.
So you get in the habit, the regular daily practice of simply: noticing.
This very weekly meeting would have changed my life if it was available to me when I first tried to heal as an ACoA.
So I made it! So we can show up. In a place that is ours. So we can notice it all.
And we can transform what we notice.
Together. In community.
And I want you to know: you don’t have to go it alone this year.
You have a safe space. Even if you never come, I want you to know it’s always available to you.
As you go about your days, we will always be holding a safe space for you. Every week.

Where did this idea of The Year of Noticing come from?
I spent the last year noticing. Really noticing.
How I react. How I don’t. How I engage. How I don’t. How I get triggered. How I don’t.
What brings me joy. What doesn’t. What calms my nerves. What doesn’t.
Here’s what I’ve noticed in my year of noticing: we cannot ever heal what we refuse to look at.
What we ignore goes…ignored, unexamined, unfixed, unhealed.
When we make noticing a daily practice, we get the chance to notice everything. Patterns emerge. We see what we’d like to embrace more of and we see what we want to change so there is less of it in our lives. I believe this practice of noticing is so profound, so powerful, that I want to share my year of noticing with all of you in a deeper way. The next podcast episode will contain all the details. Will share it the moment it drops. Until then: as you go about your day today, what do you notice? What’s beautiful? What’s good? Where did you get triggered? React? Just notice it all. Without judgement. It’s all ok and it’s all allowed. And do it again the next day. We’ll do it together very soon!
