February Course

Join founder Callie Miller, the Change of Air team, and special expert guests, for a course that will guide you through a series of tools and exercises to help you begin to take control of your own healing, in your own way, alongside other amazing ACoAs who are on their own healing journey right along with you.

We are in a wonderful moment where more resources are available to us than ever before, but it can be overwhelming to know where to start, what makes most sense for us as unique individuals, and then HOW to make these tools part of our every day lives in a way that feels nourishing rather than intimidating.

The best part? Learning together and sharing your hopes, dreams and fears with other ACoAs in a powerful, intimate, and safe community of mutual support and admiration.

Course Structure

The Change of Air Course has been designed to be taught six months out of the year, with a different focus and different tools taught in each month so that at the end of a year, you’ll have learned many powerful tools in a safe community of other ACoAs and you’ll have ample time to practice the tools in real life before learning new ones.

It’s a system of sorts.
Taught in six parts.
And you can start anywhere.

In October, we explored RESILIENCE.
In February, we will explore AVOIDANCE .

Over four weeks, you will move through a structured program of daily activities, weekly lectures, guest speakers and more to help you build confidence in yourself, while you enjoy the powerful support of others as you do so.

FORMAT:
Weekly study guides sent via email. All live lectures are on Instagram LIVE and recorded and archived for anyone who cannot attend live. All lectures available on replay for eight weeks. The entire course and daily materials are delivered via a private Instagram account to provide confidentiality and privacy for those participating in the course. This format also allows for these tools and this community to truly be in-your-pocket and part of your daily life, rather than a course you have to sign into and take which can feel particularly intense for ACoAs.
